Kolkata, September 7: Teachers’ Day was celebrated on September 5 in our school with pomp and grandeur. All the students attended the program in school uniform. The program was held in the school auditorium which was beautifully decorated with flowers and festoons.

The local M.L.A, Mr. Arup Roy was invited as the chief guest of the program. The guest and the teachers were welcomed with flowers and gifts. The Principal of the school Mr. Ajay Sen inaugurated the program at 10 a.m. by garlanding the portrait of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. The Principal gave a brief speech on Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and explained the significance of Teachers’ Day.

The Students performed various cultural activities like dance, song, recitation, drama, etc. A student of class X also delivered a beautiful speech on Teachers’ Day. The chief guest and Principal appreciated the performances of the students. Finally, the program ended by distributing chocolates and biscuits.  The program was a grand success.

New Delhi, September 8: Our school celebrated the Teachers’ Day on 5th of September with great enthusiasm. The whole program was organised by the students of classes XI and XII.

The teachers and students gathered in the auditorium in order to celebrate the Teachers’ Day. The auditorium was beautifully decorated with flowers, banners, and festoons. A warm welcome at the school gate with flowers, gifts, and cards was a pleasant surprise for all the teachers.

The program started at 11 a.m. with a prayer song. The Principal of the school Mr. Ajay Sharma presided over the function. He put a garland on the photograph of Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan to pay him homage. Then the Principal congratulated the teachers and acknowledged the sincere efforts they put in every day. He gave a valuable speech on Dr. Radhakrishnan and explained the importance of Teachers’ Day.

Some students also expressed their gratitude towards the teachers by giving short speeches. Students performed cultural activities like dance, songs poems, dramas, etc. on this special occasion.

The students also arranged some fun games for the teachers to entertain them. All the teachers enjoyed and appreciated the program. Finally, sweets were distributed and the event came to an end around 2 p.m.

Mumbai, September 10: Like every year, this year also our school celebrated Teachers’ Day on September 5 with fervor and zeal. The event was organised to acknowledge the dedication and hard work of the teachers.

It was held in the school auditorium, beautifully decorated with flowers, balloons, and festoons. The event commenced at 11 a.m. with the lighting of the lamp and garlanding of the portrait of the great educationist & philosopher Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. The Principal gave a speech on Dr. Radhakrishnan and the role of teachers in shaping the society. The committee president congratulated the teachers and motivated the students to become a good person and a good teacher.  

Students expressed their gratitude, regard, and respect towards their teachers on that day. They presented various cultural activities like speeches, poems, dances, and songs to express their feelings. The activities of the students were appreciated by all the teachers. The event was concluded with a formal vote of thanks.
