Kolkata, April 13: A blood donation camp was organized by Don Bosco School in collaboration with Kolkata Medical College on April 12 in the school premises. Dr. Amit Pal, The principal of the school inaugurated the programme at 10 a.m. Dr. Shovan Ganguly, Blood Bank Officer, Kolkata Medical College, was the chief guest of the program.

A team of 3 doctors and 10 staff of Kolkata Medical College came for the blood collection. Over 100 participants donated their blood during the camp. At the end, 94 units of Blood were collected. A certificate of appreciation, gifts and refreshments were given to all donors as a token of gratitude. The programme ended with a vote of thanks.

Kolkata, January 27: The National Public School organized a Blood Donation Camp on 26th January 20XX on the occasion of Republic Day. The event was held in the school premises in collaboration with the Red Cross Society, Kolkata. Dr. Roy, a well-known surgeon was invited as the chief guest of the programme.
